At the heart of the experience is our self-built, wood-fired outdoor sauna, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests. Heated by a high-performance Harvia wood burner, the sauna delivers a deep, enveloping heat that promotes relaxation, circulation and clarity of mind.
Step outside and cool down in our two bulk-tank cold plunges, offering different temperature options. One plunge is deliberately kept at a consistently colder level, ideal for experienced cold-water users or those seeking a stronger contrast after the heat. An outdoor waterfall-style cold shower provides an additional way to cool off gradually between rounds.
The facilities are completed with separate male and female changing areas, a bathroom, and a relaxed outdoor seating space where guests can rest between sessions.
We welcome both individual bookings and private group sessions for up to eight people. Group bookings are particularly suited to friends, sports teams or small groups looking for a shared recovery or relaxation experience.
